Streamlining Investment Documentation
Overview
This project focused on developing an intuitive application tailored for digitally signing investment documents.
The goal was to enhance user experience and streamline the process of managing investments by
providing a convenient online platform for document signing, ensuring compliance and ease of access for investors.

I worked on multiple projects related to Investment Funds App renewal as a UI/UX designer, including the and investment agreement application as a part of the same system. My role was to do the whole app design - basically everything from low-fidelity digital wireframes, through user tests to the production deployment. I also took part in coordinating work between the business team and developers.
Defining the flow
In this project, I designed a streamlined user experience for investors to sign necessary investment documents
before initiating mutual fund investments. By creating a dedicated path based on users' agreement and test status,
the application guided them through the required steps, paving the way for a seamless transition to the mutual investment buying process.

In this project, I implemented personalized communication channels within the online banking application, adapting to users' agreement and test statuses. Upon login, users encounter a tailored landing page outlining instructions to fulfill requirements and initiate investment activities. By integrating various document signing possibilities seamlessly into one cohesive process, users experience a streamlined journey towards investment readiness.

Tests results
In the user journey, when the user is active and fulfills all prerequisites, he has the ability to review agreements,
assess test results, and terminate any documents if necessary.
This feature ensures users maintain control and clarity over their investment process,
enhancing their overall experience within the platform.
