Complex products are what draw me in - the messier the problem space, the more interesting the work. I studied Computer Science, so I think about design from both sides: the system behind the screen and the interface on top of it.
My career so far has taken me through fintech, e-commerce, and enterprise - right now at Allegro, driving UX strategy for payment flows and designing easier shopping journeys.
Grew up in Ukraine, but I've been calling Pozna艅, Poland home for years now. When I'm not at my desk, you'll find me at a ceramics studio, on a dance floor, or wandering IKEA with way too many ideas for the next home project.

Design Principles
Complexity is my comfort zone
Banking mergers, regulated investment flows, payment systems at scale - I've spent the last few years turning high-stakes complexity into interfaces people actually trust.
The technical edge
A computer science background means I don't just hand off designs - I understand what's under the hood, think in systems, spot edge cases early, and speak engineering fluently.
The bridge builder
Cross-functional trust isn't a soft skill - it's how I ship. I bring engineering, product, and business into the design process early, so we're solving the right problem together.
Data-based decisions
Research, data, and benchmarks aren't checkboxes in my process - it's how I've earned stakeholder buy-in on complex redesigns in regulated industries.
